Workshop 1 Introduction to the Alexander Technique

My workshops are centred around using the Alexander Technique in everyday activity in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness.  It therefore has a relevance to any group of people wherever they work, such as computer operators, musicians, or those involved with sport.  It is particularly helpful with activities such as lifting, which can put a great strain on the body.

I am also happy to talk to groups who are not involved with any particular industry, but where those individuals are concerned that their movement is not as free as it could be.

Workshop 2 Presentation Skills

The Alexander Technique is taught in the leading drama and music Academies.

Freeing the body of excess tension encourages deeper breathing, which enhances vocal quality.

It is therefore an ideal tool to use for improving presentational skills.
